Both parties agree that transportation is the sole responsibility of third-party logistics companies after placing an order. At this stage, the full ownership of the product belongs to the buyer; all relevant responsibilities and risks in the transportation process shall be borne by the buyer.

The shipping ("shipping") time displayed on allsmartstandard is the estimated time required for the parcel to leave our hand. But usually we are shipping within 1-2 days. Since the actual delivery of your order may be affected by many events outside of allsmartstandard's control, once it leaves our facility, allsmartstandard cannot be held liable for delayed delivery. However, we will work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. Generally, the smooth delivery will take about 5-15 days to reach you.
allsmartstandard may confirm your order, but later learned that it is unable to provide the ordered product. If we are unable to provide the product you ordered in a timely manner, allsmartstandard will contact the customer and provide a cancellation order and refund the purchase price in full. We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible, we can send you orders to go home or work. We can ship to the PO Box by all means of transportation, except for expedited transportation, as it requires a signature when delivered. Shipping and delivery times are calculated on a business day from Monday to Friday. In the case of major holidays such as Christmas and Chinese Lunar New Year, please allow for additional delivery time. On these special occasions, we will provide notice to reflect possible delays.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Once the package is shipped, allsmartstandard cannot change your shipping address, and allsmartstandard is not responsible for packages that are lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
All orders reported as delivered by the shipping company are deemed to have been delivered. In this case, allsmartstandard does not assume responsibility for non-delivery.
